The IVY LOC™

Eliminating IV Dislodgment, All While Lowering Your Costs

The IVY LOC™ is the only device on the market to actually secure IV tubing, accomplishing what other securement devices can’t without the use of adhesives

What Does It Solve?

  • Lowers costs by saving thousands of dollars on rolls of securement tape
  • Reduces or completely eliminates IV dislodgements
  • Acts as a potential identification band for patients
  • Helps secure IV’s in patients during high stress situations

Lowers Risk and Saves Costs.

How Does It Work?

The Ivy Loc™ uses a simple, low impact snapping mechanism to secure IV tubing from being pulled out, all without affecting the flow of fluid through the IV. A simple band is used to place the device on the patients wrist.

It is simple, easy, and quick to use.

How Does It Make a Difference?

  • An estimated $2 Billion in cost annually related to IV Dislodgement
  • Takes ~ 2.18 insertion attempts at total average cost of
    $69.75 to restart IV
  • Estimates of securement tape wastage range up to 9 of every 10 yards used in a hospital setting

These Numbers Become Huge and Impactful.
